WEEKLY UPDATES!
*We have had a great full first week of school! The students are so eager to learn and seem like they're enjoying second grade so far!
* Our Open House is going to be held at 7:00 pm this Thursday, the 19th. I look forward to meeting all of you there. If you are unable to make it, any important information will be sent home with your child the following day.
* If you have not sent back any Emergency Forms please return them to school ASAP!
* Thank you to those parents who are checking your child's homework log each night and signing off on their Reading Log as well :)
*Your child should be filling out their behavior chart at the end of every day. The highest color they can be on is a blue, followed by green, yellow and then red. In order for your child to be invited to the end of the month Rocky celebration they need to be on green or blue for the majority of the month. I know ALL of the students in our class can do it!
* Our very first Student of the Week is JONATHAN! Congratulations Jonathan! I look forward to learning all about you when you present your poster to us on Monday :)
